Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or a refund.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Additional charges may apply for certain remote locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pamelo will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect phone numbers

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors may be charged to the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner issues

Pamelo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if an item is missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Email your order number and supporting photos to:

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected pin codes.

Pamelo reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch. Repeated order refusals may result in COD restrictions on future purchases.
